Yourzine wins three awards at the Selligent awards 2016
Yourzine big winner with Mobile and Data-Driven Content award for its Samsung Galaxy S7 case and Loyalty – CRM award for its Albert Heijn case
Yourzine, a leading dialogue marketing agency, has won three awards at the Selligent Awards 2016 on May 19th. Yourzine won the Mobile and Data-Driven Content award for its Samsung Galaxy S7 case and Loyalty CRM award for its Albert Heijn case. The Selligent Award ceremony took place in Lisbon where awards were given out for the best marketing programmes and campaigns within the global Selligent partner network.
Samsung Galaxy S7 case
Prior to the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S6 smartphone, Yourzine helped Samsung develop a specific programme that responded to interested consumers based on the general CRM programme. Yourzine won two awards at the Selligent Awards 2015 for this programme. This year, Samsung asked Yourzine to expand the existing strategy with the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S7. The aim was to keep consumers involved, to entice them to make a purchase, and to optimise their satisfaction in the period after the purchase. Yourzine rolled out a programme for Samsung Europe in 23 countries and in 26 languages and reached no less than 30 million interested consumers. The programme was localised per market and by specific consumer interest to meet the requirements of all 23 countries and consumers. Besides email, Yourzine also developed landing pages and push notifications to achieve this.

Albert Heijn ‘Mijn Bonus’ programme
Yourzine developed the ‘Mijn Bonus’ programme in cooperation with Albert Heijn in 2014. This resulted in a highly personal and relevant weekly ‘Mijn Bonus’ mailing to all registered consumers. Albert Heijn uses this every Sunday to inform approximately 3 million Bonus Card Holders on their personal offers, among other things, for the coming week.
