With this award winning campaign (‘Best Data Driven Content’ and ‘Best Mobile Campaign’) we managed to reach more than 30 million European consumers in 23 countries and 26 languages. The goal was to keep consumers involved, promote consumption and optimise satisfaction levels in the period following purchase.
In order to meet the requirements of the various countries, markets and consumers, the programme was localised by means of specific adjustments per location and focused on the particular area of interest of each consumer.
The content used was tailored by analysing the needs and wishes of every individual consumer and market. As a result, we were able to meet the same high standards in all countries, markets and for all consumers.
