In collaboration with Samsung and through various online contact moments we were able to register the interests of customers and optimise the CRM customer database during all stages of the campaign.
We were able to relevantly reach more than 10 million people from 13 different countries. The engagement rate was above the target rate for all countries involved. Thanks to pre-registration we were able to increase engagement by 200% compared to people who had not actively indicated the desire to be kept up to date.
With this campaign we won 5 awards during the EDDM and Selligent awards: Best Omni-channel Campaign, Campaign of the Year, Best Email Promotion, Best Use of Data Driven Marketing and Best Nurturing Activity.

Very special to be presented with three international awards here in Frankfurt, including one for best driven marketing campaign. In our collaboration with Yourzine, this omni-channel approach has been delivered in the most practical way and feels like it has been business as usual since the start. This evening is an excellent way to celebrate our relationship and what makes it even more special is the recognition given by an international jury.
