Kempinski chooses Yourzine for their EDM campaigns

Kempinski, an oldest luxury hotel with a history of more than a century, while maintaining the finest traditions of European hospitality, never ceases to keep pace with the most advanced technology. Early June, 2009, Kempinski signed contract with Yourzine and entrusted us to build an integrated EDM platform.

With years of excellent service, Kempinski and its branches have gained a large number of loyal customers. The goal of this campaign is to send newsletters to these customers on a regular basis to inform them of the latest promotions and events. However, since each Kempinski restaurant and hotel has its own database, the priority is to organize and integrate these data so that they can be used. With these in mind, Yourzine EDM experts captured all the data and built one big useful database. Then after several meetings with Kempinski, Yourzine established an easy-to-maintain EDM platform with customized functions & features. To achieve the best deliverability, Yourzine also helped Kempinski to design the newsletter template and optimize the contents.

Up to now Kempinski has sent out its third newsletter. The deliver rate has proved Yourzine’s knowledge and ability to not only provide powerful software tools, but also set up a whole optimized marketing process. However, this is only the first success. The 4 other campaigns starting from end of this year will surely bring Kempinski more prospects.
